BizTalk 2006 using BizTalk 2004 developments- Compatibility

I’d like to pose a little question set…. BizTalk 2006 is in all respects backward compatible with BizTalk 2004 – True/False Assuming true…. BizTalk 2004 was built on .Net 1.0/1.1, BizTalk 2006 was built on .Net 2 not .Net
